Not nearly as scary as the label art implies - this is a delicious and accessible bubbly wine made in the pet-nat tradition of capping the wine before fermentation is complete, leaving the rest of the sugars and yeast to carbonate naturally! This wine uses an excellent cold hardy grape variety called Seyval Blanc.
